3. Deposits & Progress Payments

• Custom fabrication projects may require a deposit before materials are ordered or production begins.

• Depending on project size, staged payments may be invoiced at agreed milestones.

• Final payment is due prior to shipping, delivery, or pickup unless credit terms are approved in advance.

4. Late Payments

• Invoices not paid by the due date may incur late fees or finance charges as permitted by law.

Refunds & Returns Policy

At 865FabLab (Uniform Linear, LLC), we take great care in ensuring that every project and product meets the agreed specifications. Because our services are focused on custom fabrication and made-to-order products, our return and refund policy is limited and outlined below.

1. Custom Orders

• All custom-fabricated products, prototypes, and project-specific work are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Once production has started, cancellations are subject to charges for materials, labor, and any costs already incurred.

2. Standard Materials and Supplies

• Standard stock materials or non-customized items may be eligible for return, subject to prior approval.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

• Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

3. Shipping and Delivery Issues

• Clients are responsible for shipping costs on returns unless the return is due to an error on our part.

• If products are damaged in transit, this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos provided. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the claim.

4. Refunds

• Refunds, where applicable, will be issued only after returned items are received and inspected.

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

At 865FabLab (Uniform Linear, LLC), every project is customized and often requires advance material purchases, design time, and machine scheduling. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled.

1. General Cancellations

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing (by email).

• A cancellation is only effective once acknowledged by our team.

2. Before Production Begins

• If a cancellation is requested before materials are ordered or production has started, only administrative or processing fees will be charged.

• Any deposits paid may be applied toward future projects at our discretion.

3. After Materials Are Ordered

• If materials have been purchased but production has not yet begun, the client will be responsible for the cost of those materials plus any related expenses.

4. Once Production Has Started

• If fabrication or production has already begun, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation, including labor, materials, and machine time.

• Deposits are non-refundable once production is underway.

5. Rush Orders & Special Orders

• Rush jobs and special-order materials are non-cancellable once confirmed.

6. No-Show or Non-Response

• If a client fails to provide required approvals, files, or information within the agreed timeline, 865FabLab reserves the right to cancel the order and bill for costs incurred up to that point.

7. Refunds on Cancelled Orders

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days once cancellation costs are settled.

• Any refunds are issued to the original payment method.
