What materials can you cut or fabricate?
We work with wood, plastics, aluminum, acrylic, Re-board®, Swedboard®, cardboard, foam board, PETG, textiles, and more. Our digital knife and CNC machines handle a wide range of rigid and flexible sheet materials.

Can I provide my own design files?
Yes. We accept files in formats like DXF, SVG, STEP, and PDF. If needed, our team can assist in preparing or optimizing your files for production.

Do you offer printing directly onto materials?
Yes. We provide large-format direct-to-substrate printing on Re-board®, cardboard, plastic, and other flat materials, with precision alignment using a camera registration system.

What is the typical lead time for a project?
Turnaround varies depending on complexity and volume, but many projects are completed within 3–7 business days once files and materials are confirmed.

Do you offer shipping or pickup?
We offer both. Orders can be picked up at our Powell, TN facility or shipped anywhere in the USA.

What is digital knife cutting and what materials can it handle?
Digital knife cutting uses a high-speed blade to cleanly cut rigid and soft sheet materials. Our Kimla Verone cutter works with Re-board®, Swedboard®, foam board, paperboard, vinyl, thin plastics, textiles, and more.

Do you offer V-grooving and creasing for folding designs?
Yes. Our equipment supports V-cuts, scoring, and creasing, making it ideal for foldable displays, packaging, and modular structures.

Can you produce flat-pack displays or furniture?
Absolutely. We specialize in flat-pack design using Re-board® and similar materials for trade show booths, furniture, and eco-friendly displays.

What size sheets can you cut or form?
We support full-size sheets up to 60” wide on our knife cutter, router, and vacuum former — ideal for large-format retail or industrial jobs.
